Our philosophy implements a methodology that not only supports our industry's need for better livestock at reasonable prices, but also continues to employee the people around the world whose livelihood depends 100% on our trade. We provide excellent animals that display the best of their colors, while being acclimated to artificial settings and commercial foods. Our alliances with partner facilities around the world allow us to deliver to you the best of marine life while leaving adult broodstock on the reefs, reproducing and continuing their lives

We offer livestock from many locations around the world. From Hawaii, Indonesia, Philippines, Red Sea, Sri Lanka, India, Mediterranean, etc. You will find the variety in our livestock to satisfy the most demanding of your customers. We have partnered with many collectors around the world to provide an extensive biodiversity to meet your needs. We continuously add more and more species to our list. By becoming our customer you will know what livestock we add to our livestock array, even before they are market ready. Please know that some species will take up to 6 months to become market ready. On average every species takes 90 days to become market ready.

Every fish that enters our facility is acclimated in a long and slow process that ensures the best survivability. We then begin a long process of rearing the fish to prepare him to live in your customer's tanks. Initially we provide the fish with their specialized diet and slowly convert them to artificial foods. By purchasing from us you know that each time you sell to a customer that you are selling an animal that is used to human interaction, artificial foods, and living in an artificial environment. This translates to less stress related diseases, lower mortality, and a much happier customer. A happy customer is one that will most likely become loyal to you and bring you more business. We understand why this is so important to you and therefore have built a business that will do just that, provide you with the best of livestock for your customers, while not only meeting, but exceeding their expectations.

In addition, our systems closely resemble your customer's tanks and systems. Our fish are exposed to fish from all regions in the world and by the time we sell you a fish or coral, it has cohabited with other species around the world. This translates to a stronger immune system and fish and corals that will thrive in your customer's tanks. The end result is a happier customer that will keep coming back to your store and referring your store to family and friends.

Blue Planet Reef Farms understands that you have many options when selecting a source for your livestock. We are committed to providing the best service to you as our success depends on you being satisfy with us. Because of our unbreakable commitment to you, we offer 100% DOA policy replacement.

When you purchase from other sources, you normally assume up to 10% losses. In addition, if your fish come from the wild, you need to quarantine for up to two weeks to prevent disaster to your display tanks. Because our animals are already acclimated to artificial environments, and have not been purged for more than 48 hours, all you have to do is a short acclimation and begin feeding. Our animals are already used to artificial environments and artificial foods as well as human interaction.

In our continuous focus to deliver the highest customer service possible, our company has partnered with FedEx to deliver door to door service at very reasonable prices. Our flat fee FedEx rate for a small box is $38.00 per box plus an $8.00 box charge and $49.99 for a large box plus $12.00 box charge. We offer 50% discount on box charges for orders of over 10 boxes.

By using FedEx you know that your order will arrive to you the very next business day (Saturday delivery available at an additional charge). No need to drive to your airport and wait for air cargo to be release. We know that your time is valuable and provide you with ways to reduce you total overhead charges.

Zero Substitution

(What you order is what you get)

We offer a no substitution policy. Since every animal we sell has been with us for a minimal of 30 days, every time you order you are doing it from a market ready list. We only sell what we have in stock and we only ship what you have purchased. In order to maximize your order we ask that you let us know what additional fish we can add in order to complete a box. if you do not want to add any additional fish, we will ship your order as stated. While we are open to stores coming directly to us, we do not allow to hand pick animals. When placing an order on our website, you know that your order will be filled 100%. If you would like to place an order by phone, simply call us Mon-Fri 8:00am to 5:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am to 2:00pm.

We do not sell directly to the public and only sell to dealers. To protect everyone's competitive ability, if you are a store that has a web presence or a web-only store and want to offer our products to your customers on the web, you must respect our minimum sell price. These prices are set by Blue Planet Reef Farms and are intended to allow brick and mortar stores to be able to fairly compete with web stores.
